Soil steaming is an effective way to minimize pathogens, eliminate weed seeds, and target weed crowns. Steam explodes plant cells, killing all non-woody vegetation instantly. This hydrothermal method does not disturb the soil as with physical hand weeding, which inadvertently plants more seeds. For deep established root systems, we recommend successive treatment until plants energy stores are exhausted. We can also target persistent root systems with the spike nozzle after initial treatment. No soil compaction or displacement.
Steam pressure cleaning is tough on stuck gum, bbq grills, graffiti, algae and moss. Gentle enough for wood decking and sandstone.
