Kamryn brings design skills and an eye for beautiful spaces. We are here to help you from small backyard upgrades to full-scale farm planning. With a focus on organic practices, local and native plants, and thoughtful layouts, we craft outdoor spaces that are as productive as they are beautiful.

Our Process

1. Initial Consultation

We’ll start with a meeting to discuss your goals and evaluate your space. Whether you envision a serene garden or a productive organic farm, we’ll assess site conditions and provide expert guidance to match your vision. These meetings are typically around 1 hour long but can sometimes be shorter or longer. Depending on the scale of your project your consultation may be in person or over the phone.

Consultation Fee: $100, half is credited toward your project if you move forward.

2. Customized Design

We craft personalized designs that blend beauty, functionality, and sustainability. This includes:

• Detailed layouts, from backyard gardens to multi-acre farm plans.
• Recommendations for native plants, pollinator habitats, and organic practices.
• Two revisions to perfect your plan. $50 additional revisions (Small changes only, full redesign subject to fees)

Design Fee: Starts at $250, based on project size.

3. Transparent Bid Process

We provide a detailed bid, outlining all costs, materials, and services. Adjustments can be made to ensure alignment with your budget. Changes can include, swapping materials like mulch or stones, swapping out plants, minor area changes.

4. Contract and Deposit

To secure your project, we require:

• A signed contract confirming the scope, terms, and timeline.
• A deposit of 50% to begin work.

5. Installation

Our team brings your vision to life, integrating sustainable practices and quality craftsmanship. From backyards to full farm layouts, we ensure every detail meets your expectations.

Final Payment: Due upon project completion.
