Our Design Process
1. Initial Consultation
We start with a complimentary initial call to establish the relationship and discuss your project ideas, goals, style, property size, and budget.
Whether you envision a serene ornamental garden, a productive organic farm, or simply need practical solutions for erosion, drainage, ground cover, or water conservation, this call helps us understand your vision.
From there, we’ll schedule a site visit to personally assess conditions, take measurements, and provide expert guidance to align the design with your goals. These meetings typically last around an hour, though they may be shorter or longer depending on the project.
Consultation Fee: $150 for up to 90 minute on site visit.
2. Customized Design
We craft personalized designs that blend beauty, functionality, and sustainability. This includes:
- Detailed 2D layouts on survey (if available) or digitized aerial image
- Plant & material profile
- Optional 3D visualization with plant spacing for additional cost
Design Fee: Starts at $750 and estimated at 10% of project installation cost up to $3,500 (including up to 2 revisions) before 3D option. Payment must be received in full before viewing designs or making edits.
3. Transparent Bid Process
We provide a detailed bid, outlining all costs, materials, and services. Adjustments can be made to ensure alignment with your budget. Changes can include, swapping materials like plants or stone and minor area changes.
4. Contract and Deposit
To secure your project, we require:
- A signed contract confirming the scope, terms, and timeline.
- A deposit of at least 50% to begin work.
5. Installation
Our team brings your vision to life, integrating sustainable practices and quality craftsmanship. From backyards to full farm layouts, we ensure every detail meets your expectations.
Final Payment: Due upon project completion.
